Dr. Fatima Pimentel is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of San Diego. From an early age, she had a passion for helping others, especially children, which led her to pursue a career in pediatric dentistry.
She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Fatima then completed her pediatric dental residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where she served as chief resident during her second year.
Passion for Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Fatima is dedicated to providing compassionate care for children and creating a positive dental experience. Her training and experience have allowed her to work with a wide range of patients and support children at every stage of their dental development.
Professional Experience and Background
After completing her residency, Dr. Fatima chose to remain in the Midwest and moved to Chicago, Illinois. She practiced pediatric dentistry there for four years and developed a love for deep dish pizza, Cubs baseball, and hockey.
She later spent a year in Detroit, Michigan, where she focused on treating children from underserved communities.
Missing time with family and warmer weather, Dr. Fatima decided to return to the west coast.
Education and Professional Involvement
Dr. Fatima is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the highest level of achievement in her specialty.
She is an active member of:

- American Dental Association
She regularly attends national meetings, conferences, and seminars to stay up to date with the latest advancements in pediatric dental care.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fatima is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending live sporting events. She also loves to cook, travel, and spend time with family, friends, and her new puppy.
